Client Spotlight
Our Director, Angela Scott, spent a few days in Glasgow in November and used this opportunity to visit our client, Newton Property Management. This is what she found…
Embracing Innovation and People-First Culture
During my recent visit to Newton Property Management head office in Glasgow, I had the pleasure of experiencing firsthand the welcoming atmosphere cultivated by this exceptional team. I was greeted warmly by their CEO, Vincent Goldie, who introduced me to their Chairman, Stephen O’Neill, and gave me an insightful glimpse into their dynamic organisation.
Newton Property Management Ltd is a company that exemplifies a modern approach to property factoring. What stood out most during my visit was their commitment to prioritising people over profit. This ethos is reflected not only in their approach to client service but also in the employee-centric culture they have fostered within the organisation.
People at the Heart of Business
Newton’s leadership has made significant investments in creating a workplace where continuous training, employee empowerment, and a sense of ownership are central themes. It was evident that their team members feel both valued and accountable, which undoubtedly contributes to the high standard of service they deliver to their clients.
This forward-thinking strategy ensures that their workforce is equipped with the skills and confidence to perform their roles effectively, making Newton a standout example in the property management industry.
Partnership with QHSE Aberdeen
I’m proud to share that QHSE ABERDEEN LIMITED has been working alongside Newton Property Management to help them refine their processes and enhance their operational efficiency. We’ve assisted them in developing a robust operational manual and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) that are designed to maintain consistency, compliance, and quality across all aspects of their business.
By ensuring that SOPs are followed diligently, Newton Property Management can uphold the industry regulations and business standards that underpin their success while continuing to build trust with their clients.
A Visionary Approach
Newton Property Management’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and putting people first positions them as a leader in their field. It was a privilege to witness their operations and be a part of their journey toward continuous improvement.
As a partner, QHSE Aberdeen remains dedicated to supporting Newton’s vision by providing tailored solutions that align with their goals and values. Together, we are building a framework for sustainable growth and success.
My visit to Newton Property Management reaffirmed the importance of cultivating strong relationships, both internally and externally. I left Glasgow inspired by their dedication to their people, their clients, and their mission.
Here’s to continued collaboration and mutual success!”

Collaboration for SMEs
Collaboration is essential for SMEs like ourselves at QHSE Aberdeen, as it enables us to focus on our core strengths while ensuring clients receive the highest quality services across all needs. For example, when asked for First Aid training, we confidently recommend Forrest Training, trusted specialists in that area.
By partnering with experts instead of stretching beyond our own expertise, we reinforce our commitment to excellence, maintain our reputation as Aberdeen’s top QHSE Advisors, and provide clients with comprehensive, top-tier support. This collaborative approach not only benefits our clients but strengthens relationships within our professional community, creating a network of excellence. A one-stop-shop !
