QHSE OPERATIONAL MANAGER

We are currently seeking an experienced Operational Manager to assist the directors with the increasingly high workload.

This is a role for a person with a can-do attitude, someone who will find the solution and does not dwell on a problem, someone who is a dedicated individual looking to find their ideal role to make their own and stay with our organisation, longevity is important to us. A good manager of people, a team player, with a professional customer face.

Key duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the responsibilities detailed below:

Act as direct liaison between company & client 

Discuss and create proposals,

Plan staff schedules

Facilitate performance reviews

Support the maintenance of ISO and other company certifications & registrations

Experience of a Client facing role

Comprehensive operations management experience

People Management and development experience


Trainee QHSE Advisor

Following on from a very busy 2021, we would like to offer the following opportunity to someone looking to achieve Lead Auditor/Advisor status

Trainee QHSE Advisor to assist the QHSE Team in their roles, shadowing and gaining invaluable hands on experience of ISO Standards and how these are used to enhance an Organisations Management System and processes.

This role will suit a confident. well organised person, willing to learn and manage a busy workload, looking for a new challenge.

Must be IT literate in use of SharePoint and O365, 

Preferably Internal Auditor, 

Nebosh Qualification 


QHSE Coordinator

QHSE Aberdeen are looking for a QHSE Coordinator to join our busy team based in Westhill with the ability to travel to client site as required. 

We’re looking for candidates who have previous experience working in a similar role to ours, preferably within the QHSE Industry and who have already obtained a relevant qualifications

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and proactive approach to work.

We are looking for a strategic thinker, and someone open to change and fully embracing continuous improvement.

To cover all areas of quality, health & safety and environmental management systems.  

Internal auditor for one or more of the ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 / 27001 standards

Nebosh 

Full driving licence


QHSE Consultant

We currently require another QHSE Consultant who possess the skills and knowledge that would enhance our business to suit our customer portfolio.

Full Driving Licence is essential as the majority of our work involves visiting our Clients Office / Site. Able to work under pressure and independently schedule and plan workloads.

This role will suit someone who is Customer focused and loves a Challenge, a problem solver.

Lead Auditor in ISO 9001 as a minimum but ISO 14001, 45001, 27001 and Nebosh would be advantageous.
