2023 has got off to a busy start with Q1 being fully booked for our Internal and Lead Auditor Courses.

We have been delivering ISO Auditor Courses for several years now but these past 9 months have proved to be extremely busy, with some courses being fully booked.  Seems to be a post-Covid rush !

Our most popular course is the 3 day INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM INTERNAL AUDITOR TRAINING COURSE (ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001)  the objectives of this course are –  To enable those attending to plan, perform and report the results of internal audits with the aim of developing and improving the Integrated Management System (IMS) of an Organisation. To help delegates understand the key attributes of an efficient and effective IMS and the role of the internal auditor in its continual improvement and development.

COURSE CONTENT
This three-day Internal Auditor Training course is delivered via a mixture of presentations & group exercises. The course will cover the following areas;
• Plan-Do-Check-Act methodology and other fundamental management principles
• Business process auditing
• Risk based thinking
• Required attributes of an Internal Auditor
• The structure and principles of the ISO Management System series standards
• ISO 9001/14001/45001 requirements
• Integrated Management System implementation issues
• Effective auditing techniques and good audit practice

We also run the hugely popular ISO 9001 LEAD AUDITOR COURSE. This 5 day course will enable those attending to lead an audit team and/or carry out
external audits on third parties or suppliers. This will be achieved by developing skills to effectively plan, perform and report the results of first, second- and third-party quality audits
with the aim of developing and improving the maturity level of the Quality Management System (QMS) to increase the value to the Organisation.

This five-day Lead Auditor Training course is delivered via a mixture of presentations &
group exercises. The course will cover the following areas;
• An Introductions to ISO and the certification process
• The history and overview of ISO 9001 standards
• The key high-level clauses and requirements of ISO 9001.
• Plan-Do-Check-Act methodology and other fundamental management principles
• Business process auditing

• Required attributes of an Internal Auditor

• ISO 9001 requirements
• Quality Management System implementation issues
• Effective auditing techniques and good audit practice
• Quality culture and integrated management systems
• QMS Levels of Maturity
• Appling the process approach and risk-based thinking to audit planning
• Required attributes of a Lead Auditor
• Annex SL / High Level ISO Management System structure
• Quality Management System maintenance issues
