- The history and overview of the ISO 9001 standard
- Understand the purpose of QMS and the Plan-Do-Check-Act Cycle
- The key clauses and requirements of ISO 9001
- The process model approach and the QMS
- The benefits of utilising QMS and how it will affect the company.
