ISO 9001 – Importance of Customer Feedback

Under ISO 9001, Cause 9.1.2 Customer Satisfaction must be evaluated.  This can be done in a number of ways… Meetings, Feedback Forms, Telephone Calls etc..

We do this by sending our Customers regular feedback forms following up with a telephone call or meeting.  Here is a comment from a feedback form we received from our Customer LFH Engineering.

“Support and professionalism provided from QHSE Aberdeen Ltd was invaluable to us preparing for and achieving our ISO 9001:2015, 14001 & 45001 all within a relatively short period of time.  This has demonstrated LFH’s commitment to quality, environment and occupational health & safety.   During the process of achieving these standards we recognized the valuable input from all our team members through participation and consultation.”
